All interested participants to CILAMCE-2023 must first register (i.e. create an account) into the congress online system by filling in the registration form.

Instructions for payment of the registration fee
Once you have filled your online form, you will be able to direct payment by credit card or choose option to pay by bank transfer. If you have any questions concerning this process, please contact us at lurdes.catalino@abreu.pt

Once your registration process is completed:

• You will receive an automatic e-mail confirming that your registration process was sucessfully completed
• When registering for the first time you will create your personal log in and password. After that, you can enter your registration form to change or add services, as many times you want.
• Don’t forget, save your log in and password for future use.

 

Remark 1: the deadline for the registration is October 13, 2023
Remark 2: Delegates and Graduate students registration includes: Coffee-breaks, lunches, conference’s dinner and conference’s support material (bag, badge, etc.).
Remark 3: Undergraduate students registration includes: Coffee-breaks and conference’s support material (bag, badge, etc.).
Remark 4: This fee is dedicated to the remote participation of undergraduate students only for MS40 - Research Beginners.

 

Proof of enrollment for graduate and undergraduate students
For registration in either graduate or undergraduate student categories, the interested party must submit a supporting document that proves his/her current student status (proof of enrollment or declaration of the educational institution). The document must be add to your online registration form after you select student fee.

 

Refund Policy
As per previous editions of CILAMCE, there is no refund policy.

 

Badge and Certificate
When completing your registration at the website, please do so with great attention, as the participant is responsible for the data provided and it is from these data that the material (badge and certificate) will be issued. Errors in the material are the responsibility of the participant.

 

Deadlines of registration fees
Please pay special attention to the deadlines of the registration fees. The deadlines presented refer to the completion of the entire registration process, which includes: filling in the registration form, validation of supporting documents (when required– e.g. proof of enrollment for graduate and undergraduate students) and payment.

 

Important
1 - CILAMCE follows a one-paper/abstract, one-registration policy. This means that an author can submit multiple abstracts/papers, but at least one payed registration fee must be linked to each abstract/paper. Authors of more than one abstract/paper must enforce that at least one of his co-authors of each of his additional abstracts/papers also register to the congress, or else must pay the Additional Paper Fee of 300.00€ (for each additional abstract/paper - the limit is two additional abstracts/papers), in order to have the abstract/paper included in the congress program.

 

Privacy Policy
Any personal data inserted in the registration form will be of sole use of the CILAMCE 2023 Congress.
